All our mattresses are suitable from birth and are breathable. They are tested to and conform to the applicable safety standards.
We also provide hypoallergenic cot mattresses or our eco-friendly mattresses, which ensure your baby can confidently tackle allergies.
If you are unsure about the mattress type for your baby or size for your Moses basket, please feel free to contact us.
All our mattress are water-resistant, their covers protect from small spills and stains, they are removable and machine washable for convenience.
You can also purchase a water-proof mattress protector to ensure that your mattress is protected.
To attach a hood to a Moses basket, please follow these simple steps:
1. Slide the hood cover back over the wires.
2. Organise your screws and wingnuts.
3. Adjusting the hood. To get the hood to stay up just tighten up the wing nuts until they're tight enough that you have to physically manipulate the hood up and down.

Our discounts codes don’t work in conjunction with any other discounts, sale items, furniture items and brand partners.
Please drop us an email: customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk with the item code and we will inform you when the product is back in stock.
Unfortunately in most cases we are unable to make changes to the address, however please contact our friendly customer service team at customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk and we'll see what we can do to help.

On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged or faulty please firstly accept our
apologies.
Please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered. We cannot rectify damaged or faulty orders after this time period.
Please email us at customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk with your WEB order number, an image of the faulty item and the packing slip, so we can assist you further.
It is very rare that our orders are sent incomplete or incorrectly due to our dispatch processes
Before contacting us please double check your order and all packaging.
If you are sure your item is incomplete or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered. We cannot rectify orders after this time period.

Shipping
Currently, we mainly deliver to the UK/Ireland and Europe.

Yes, we will make sure that all your items will be delivered at once.
Unless, you order a brand partner item, this will be dispatched directly from them, with separate tracking information.
We don’t however, we do have a huge stockist list throughout the UK so please get in touch and we will help you find your nearest store.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Return & Refund
Please pack the products back into the boxes they arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging please contact the customer service team at customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk.
Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
This could be the cost of the return shipping, a charge of £6 will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
