We aim to dispatch all trade orders promptly. Standard delivery is available across mainland UK. Orders over £300 qualify for a bulk shipping rate - we’ll contact you with a tailored quote before dispatch.
Shipping rates to non-mainland UK addresses may vary. If you place an order to these regions, we’ll contact you to confirm delivery charges before shipping.
We currently ship to select EU countries. All international trade orders will be reviewed, and we’ll be in touch with a delivery quote based on location and order size.
Large or palletised orders over £300 will be assessed for the most cost-effective delivery method. We’ll provide a custom quote and confirm before dispatching.

If an item in your order has been out of stock for an extended period, we will remove it from the order and either:
- Issue a refund for the unavailable item (if payment has been made), and/or
- Ask you to place a new order once the item is back in stock
We do not partially fulfil orders. If your order is awaiting stock that’s expected shortly, we will hold the order until all items are available and then dispatch it in full. However, in the case of longer delays, we will remove the out-of-stock item and process the remainder of your order.
Pre-orders are treated the same way - your full order will be held until all items are in stock, including the pre-order lines.
If you need in-stock items sooner, you’ll need to place two separate orders:
- One for available items
- One for pre-order items

Please note:
Our trade site does show when an item is on pre-order, but it does not display expected back-in-stock dates.
For items on pre-order, you will find the restock dates in the product descriptions (at the bottom of the page) for your convenience, so do check there as well when browsing.
