1. How long can my baby sleep in a Moses Basket?
Most babies use a Moses Basket for around 3–4 months, or until they can roll, sit up, or push up.
2. Do I need a stand?
It’s optional but helpful for lifting baby to eye level beside your bed and keeping them off cold, drafty floors. Rocking stands are also great for getting your little one to sleep.
3. What bedding do I need?
A fitted sheet, mattress protector and a breathable blanket. Avoid pillows, quilts, loose bedding and toys in the Moses Basket.
4. Does the mattress come included?
Yes, all Clair de Lune Moses Baskets come with a firm, breathable mattress as standard.
5. Can I move my baby in the Moses basket?
Never carry the basket with baby inside. Always move the basket empty.
