All returns should be made within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-returnable, unless faulty.

In order to return an item please call Customer Services on 0161 491 9800 to obtain a goods returns number. The goods return number is required for all returns to enable us to process your refund.

We recommend if you are sending your parcel back to us via Royal Mail you send it via recorded delivery.
